Let customers speak for us
from 11 reviewsNo miss. Hits all flavour notes listed. Loved in on espresso

Hi! Wanna say a big thank you for your amazing job! The beans I've ordered were fantastic, and additional bonus pack was lovely! Def will order more :)

Any coffee I’ve bought has been extremely interesting and leaving me want more

I don’t know what I was expecting but this far exceeds it. Smells like passionfruit, tastes like passion fruit banana bread. But not the fake banana, real banana. These guys are really selling me on coferment!

Seriously. This coffee is super fun and I felt like I was drinking caffeinated beer. A must try for people into really funky interesting coffee! I still taste the fruity funk of pink bourbon in it too. So refreshing. Try this iced?!

Delicious, fruity, funky. This is one of the better coffees I’ve had! It tastes good as an espresso and as a pour over.
Jeremy and Amanda are amazing roasters and amazing people! Thanks for the fantastic coffees!

Flavor Profile:
A vibrant, tea-like cup with floral elegance and refined clarity.
At higher temperatures, it opens with the texture of black tea and the perfume of rose and peach blossom.
As the cup cools to around 40°C, bright citrus notes—like yuzu and mandarin peel—emerge, adding sparkle and precision.
At 30°C and below, the acidity softens into a juicy, syrupy sweetness reminiscent of white peach and honeydew.
The cup showcases excellent structure, balance, and clarity, with a lingering floral finish.
Mouthfeel:
Delicate and silky, with a juicy, clean mid-palate and gentle sparkle.
Light to medium body.
Aftertaste:
Long, floral, and sweet, with lingering notes of peach blossom.

Its very easy to use. Not easy over extraction base on the fast draining.
clean cup, and emphasizes the flavor of the coffee.

This is my first time getting my hands on some coffee from Somewhere! And I really enjoyed this bag! I grabbed a few bags of coffee and have enjoyed every single one so far. It’s great to see more local roasters popping up here in Alberta so that I can support Canadian coffee roasters.

The flavours of this craft coffee is beyond what you can find in Edmonton. If you love perfecting your pour over, Somewhere Coffee Co. is for you.

Quality & Transparency
We strive to source and roast coffees to reveal their true flavours. This results in a lighter bean colour, and a lighter flavour then some are used to.
We also try to source and provide as much information about the origins of coffee as possible. These hardworking producers and farmers deserve to be spotlighted, and we will try our best to showcase that as much as possible.
