A field blend shaped by different farms, unified by balance.
Sweet, grounded, and quietly structured.
This blend brings together coffees from Cetec, Sitio Guanabara, and Santa Barbara, each contributing a distinct layer to the final cup. From Cetec’s focus on controlled processing, to Guanabara’s structured sweetness, and Santa Barbara’s refined profile, the result is a coffee built on consistency rather than contrast.
Cherries are selectively harvested, floated for quality, and dried with care across each farm. While techniques vary slightly, the shared goal remains the same: to develop sweetness, preserve clarity, and create a profile that feels complete and reliable.
In the cup, the profile leans warm and composed. Caramel sweetness leads, supported by a cacao depth that adds structure and body. A gentle baked apple note brings a soft, rounded fruit character, giving the cup a subtle lift without shifting its grounded profile. The body is smooth and full, with a lingering sweetness that carries through cleanly.
Despite being a blend, the experience feels cohesive. Each component is present, but nothing competes, resulting in a cup that is steady, balanced, and easy to return to.
Why We Chose This Coffee
We chose this blend for its clarity in structure. It delivers sweetness and body in a way that feels intentional and consistent across different brew methods.
What stood out is its balance. It’s rich without heaviness, expressive without complexity, making it a dependable, everyday coffee that still feels considered.
