This coffee is a combination of exceptional terroir, process, and roasting. The result is a beautiful, juicy coffee with very pleasant acidity without becoming overwhelming, lovely sweetness. Tasting notes are accurate, the raspberry is what I get the most.

The best part is that it’s very easy to forget it’s decaf because all of the flavour is there!

Love the B75! I had the plastic one and wanted the ceramic version. They are both beautiful and make excellent coffee. They work very well with Kalita Wave filters, but you can use regular Melitta size 2 filters too.

Unreal. Great light roast with lots of tea vibes at the beginning and then as it cooled slightly - tons of cherry limeade, with a hint of peach!

This is a wonderful beautiful gooseneck. The pour is smooth and is easily controlled. It stand majestically on the counter beside my French press. It heats up quickly and can be temperature adjusted for fancy Jasmine tea I’m so glad I have this.

This is such a good half caff. Another of my favs!!!

Love the co-ferment. This is especially good with milk, it brings out more of those dark chocolate notes but you can still taste the sweet acidity.

I feel like this is a roast/bean combination that brews well across filter, Moka pot and espresso. The flavours notes are subtle, but present and very easy on the palate, so a good “daily driver” type coffee.
