About This Coffee

Nariño Reserve is a high-altitude washed Castillo that offers a cup defined by depth, sweetness, and structure. In our roast, this coffee expresses layered notes of chocolate and praline, supported by a subtle fig-like fruit character that adds gentle complexity to the finish.

The acidity is present but restrained, contributing soft structure rather than brightness. This cup leans toward a round, low-toned profile with a smooth, composed balance. The sweetness carries through from start to finish, creating a full, polished cup with a lingering cocoa-rich finish.

Grown between 2000 and 2200 meters above sea level, the cooler climate allows for steady cherry maturation and sugar development. The washed process preserves clarity and definition, while our roast emphasizes body and sweetness, highlighting the coffee’s deeper, dessert-like qualities. The result is a cup that feels grounded, comforting, and refined.
