Where are you located?
We are based in Sherwood Park / Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Our roasting space is coming soon, but we are already shipping and delivering coffee locally and beyond.

When and where do you roast?
We roast every week from Thursday through Sunday. Most orders are roasted fresh to ensure top quality.

Do you have a subscription option?
Not yet. But it's in the works. Sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop.


🌱 Coffee Questions

Do you sell whole bean or ground coffee?
We sell all our coffee as whole beans because grinding fresh gives you the best flavour. If needed, we can grind it for your brew method before shipping—just let us know at checkout.

Do you offer dark roast coffees?
All of our coffees are roasted light to medium to bring out the nuanced flavour in the coffee. If you’re looking for something with deeper, richer notes, reach out and we’ll happily recommend something that suits your taste.


📦 Shipping and Delivery

When will my order ship?
Orders are roasted and packed within 1 to 5 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, and you’ll get a tracking number by email once your order is on the way.

Do you deliver locally?
Yes. We offer free local delivery on orders of $35 or more. Local delivery includes Edmonton and surrounding areas like Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc, Nisku, Devon, Fort Saskatchewan, and more. Deliveries typically happen in the afternoons on weekends or some weekdays.

What qualifies for free shipping?

  • Local delivery: Orders over $35 CAD

  • Within Canada: Orders over $40 CAD

  • To the U.S.: Orders over $50 CAD

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship outside Canada and the U.S. Some restrictions apply, so feel free to contact us if you’re unsure whether we can ship to your location.

Will I have to pay customs fees when ordering from the U.S.?
Most U.S. orders arrive without additional customs fees, unless it's a larger shipment. That said, this may vary depending on your location and local policies.
