The CAFEC DEEP 27 Flower Dripper was developed from a simple desire: to make truly delicious single-cup coffee easier to achieve at home. While the earlier DEEP 45 design created a deep filtering layer suited for larger brews, it wasn’t ideal for preparing just one cup. After years of refinement, CAFEC arrived at the 27° bottom angle precisely calibrated for single servings.

That 27° geometry allows even a small dose of coffee to form a sufficient sedimentary layer, encouraging proper extraction depth. Just as importantly, the design aligns the speed of pouring from above with the speed of extraction below. This harmony reduces the need for complex pouring techniques. You can focus your pour steadily at the center and allow the dripper’s structure to guide the flow.
