This coffee started with a honey process and went on to a lovely 48-hour co-fermentation with banana juice. Once fermentation was complete, it was fully dried in the sun. This has been one of our all-time favourites this year, and we have enjoyed it as a pour-over and as espresso. It is especially good with milk since it reminds us of a banana milkshake!
